I hired Dave in early 2007 to lead the transition support and knowledge transfer of several applications after the sale of several of our business units. Dave's primary deliverable was to provide an extract of data and documents from a document management-enabled application using .Net and SQL Sever. This was a challenging assignment from a technical and interpersonal point of view. Dave was required to work independently to solve problems and devise solutions while balancing demands from my company and the purchasing company.
